Division 28 – Ventura County
In 1955 the Ventura County Division became the 28th division of CalRTA.
We now have about 1200 members with most of them living in the areas serviced by the 23 school districts of Ventura County. Membership meetings are held every other month at various locations in the County from Ojai to Thousand Oaks or Simi Valley, most often in Oxnard, Ventura or Newbury Park. Our focus is on the protection of Public Education and the Retirement Benefits of Retired Educators. Our meetings are both informative and entertaining. Join us whenever you can.
